Generate SIP Credentials in Cloud PBX Phone.System

Complete the following steps to create fresh SIP credentials for a single VoIP phone or softphone application.

  1. Sign into your account, then click "Launch Cloud PBX Panel" from the right sidebar on the MY ACCOUNT menu.
  2. Find the "Person" object in the features palette and drag it onto the workspace.
  3. Click the gear icon to configure it.
  4. Enter a name in the popup window, then "VOIP -> Device" as your forwarding option.
  5. Acknowledge "No 911" to retrieve the "SIP Account" details

Here, you can view all the SIP details you will need. If you want your device to be able to call outbound, then enable this function in the window – there is a checkbox. Ensure to click “create” before copying and pasting any details into your SIP device's settings.
